DELIVERY.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We try to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving it.
For UK orders we use Royal Mail and post second class so it should arrive between 3-5 working days following the order being placed. (Please note if you order on a bank holiday or Sunday it will take longer)
Place bear in mind, if you are ordering during busy times like Christmas the postal service can take longer.
For International orders we ship with Royal Mail International and usually takes between 12-18 working days.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders are dispatched from our office in Leicester, UK.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?
Not if you are buying from the UK.
For International orders an additional customs and tax fee can occur.
This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
Please check your local customs office directly before purchasing.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier has left the package with them.
If the package is still not to be found please contact us on
periodpantsclub@gmails.com listing your order number.

The fiber composition for each style of pant is listed in "Materials"
found within product information in the SHOP page.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/ DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this for you please email us at periodpantsclub@gmail.com within a weeks' time
with photos of the damaged product, your order number
and any other details you may have about your order.
We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on your first pair of Period Pants Club pants.
Please get in touch at periodpantsclub@gmail.com if you want your money back with an explanation as to why.
If it is just a sizing issue and the pants have not been used, only tried on over pants
please send us an email to the above address and we will resolve it as quickly as we can.
For any repeat orders we cannot accept returns.
